Located on the Beach Level, the new Bajan Blue restaurant features an interactive dining experience where we invite guest to join us ‘in our kitchen’.

At Bajan Blue, we invite you to discover and enjoy a range of diverse cuisines from the West Indies, Oceana and South East Asia. Each night the restaurant features a different ‘Theme’. The menu, beverages and wines offered will change nightly to reflect the Theme.

Every effort has been made to incorporate local products and fresh ingredients in our menu.
